Looks incredible. Yellow/Red eye color from Heisei Godzilla. Some late Showa charm in the face. Lots of nice elements. Also, are those gills?

he also has Millennium neck except fatter. So he's a composite character of all 3 eras while still adding some new stuff like gills to have it's own identity.

60 anniversary is actually November 3rd of 2014 since the first movie came out November 3rd 1954 but hey this film can be looked at as an early 60th B-day present that came out a few months earlier.
