Okay, basically the three (dressed up)Serena ask the default Serena to go shopping with them. Serena says it's okay and goes buy the mega stone for 100,000 yen. She's happy, but one of the dressed up Serena comes by to buy a stone as well. For her it is much cheaper(in the game if you max your style the mega stone is discounted.) So it's only 10,000 yen for her.

The game has some kind of "cool" or "stylish" system going on. But some folks found out all you have to do is just keep getting your hair changed and ride around the city in a car.
