The American (original no less) Power Puff Girls was a fantastic show. Don't bad mouth it because the Japanese version happens to be more suited for porn, and for weeaboos.

You should consider how rare it is for the Japanese to adapt a cartoon made in the US and realize that it is pretty impressive.

That being said, this picture is great.

He didn't necessarily say anything about the show. He could've just been talking about the characters, specifically their presence in porn pictures.
