Also rather impressed by the artist due to the fact he actually thought to shadow one tit for the arm...though he did possibly miss the foreground boob, but that could depend on the light source.

I think the shadow you see is from the left arm over the right breast. I you look under the left shoulder, you can see the shadow going across both breasts. It's a nice touch. Not consistent, as there's no shadow on the right wrist/ forearm, but it's a nice touch.
