Mhmmn, well as far as I see it with no visible vagina here, unless the artist has explicitly stated otherwise this would be better under the newhalf tag, rather then the futanari tag.

It does have a newhalf tag. Just go to google translate and translate translate the word newhalf with the option for the translation to be in written words on. Then copy the translation and paste if into the search box on pixiv.
