13 sucks. From the beginning to the open-world was a borefest. The characters were completely uninspiring. The ENG voice actors were 6/10 at best. Every character, save for the woman with the spear was/is an idiot. Lightning was/is a bitch and I felt NO reason to continue the game simply because of her. The black dude was a horrible attempt at comic relief AND his running animation was horrible (what is this, the 60's and 70's?).
Oh, and the soundtrack was horrid. Simply horrid. With the fate of so many people hanging in the balance, we're forced to endure music better suited to low-key gameplay or maybe a cutscene or two. Nope, overworld music.
