Soooo trigger discipline, great... But... But what is the purpose of the finger behind the trigger inside the trigger-guard?

Also, that is not how you mount that sight, the stock is out of proportions and that grip os for pussies.

Finger inserted behind the trigger may be considered an additional human safety measure. Limit the rearward travel, make it that much more difficult for the trigger to be accidentally pulled?


That's...really about the only thing that might possibly be, uh, defendable?

Yeah, you could be right, but then you would have to re-grip everytime you wanted to engage a target.
And fumbling with your pistol grip during contact, could possibly (but more likely WOULD actually) negate any extra security anyway sooo eh...

Then again, it's a drawing on the internet, and I'm just being dramatic.
