In all likelihood this is the Witch of Izalith. Though it could also be Quelana or the Daughter of Chaos.

Why do some people like fire so much? I've never been tempted to do a pyromancer run. Also because it's said to be OP.

The reason is because Pyromancy damage scales with your glove, so you can pretty much use it on any build without committing yourself to it. It gives the player some really convenient placeholder spells, basically.

Quelana is more iconic, likeable, and we know more about her. This is most likely her. Also, I don't see lava coming off of that fire whip. Tagging.
