If you're only interested in the porn of it and nothing else, just type in "oppai" into the password prompt to unlock the absolute full Gallery, as well as every level and Hell mode. There IS one more password that you can only get by getting 10000 points in Hell mode, but I forget what it does and if it's better than the "oppai" password.

Anyway, I don't suppose anyone knows where one could find an uncensored/decensored version of the game? I know one exists somewhere, but I don't know where...
