This are called Hindu Push ups, or so I've heard. You separate your legs and instead of pushing up with your hands you use your hips to do the movements, thus you create a motion that involves far more muscles than regular push ups.

Anon3 is right. Although she's not doing it right. Her butt needs to push up higher and her chest needs to be closer to the ground as she rolls forward into the "push up" where she looks up and pushes her chest forward.

This girl on youtube does it right except for the return (needs to be a negative rep, doing the positive workout in reverse, rolling back out of the push up to the butt press).
