Nope. Japanese baths almost always have floor drains. The reason for this is that Japanese people usually clean themselves off before getting in the bath, using a showerhead just as shown, scrubbing down with soap while sitting on a stool (shown on the left), and rinsing off by either using the showerhead again or dumping a bucket of water over their head. Not only are they not going to cause a mess, they're actually using a Japanese bath very similarly to how it's intended to be used.

That is all well and good. But that method has actually nothing to do here, since they`re from Kalos, and Kalos is inspired from French, so.
Yeah, there is a stool and a sliding door there, but we have those here too. What we don`t have is the bathing method used in Japan, except in some specially made hotels or houses made like that, and i don`t think this is such a house. But then again, the artist is Japanese, so let`s assume he`s placed them in such a situation.
