Hm, weird. Metrical system-wise, using Japan's cup size standards, should be around a J~P cup. S seems a bit too high for a 120cm bust.

Well, according to most lists, to have an S cup bust would mean your bust and ribcage would have to have a 55cm difference. 120-55=65, so a 65cm ribcage and 60cm waist would make some sense by a theoretical standpoint.
