anon4 it looks like because the arms are disproportionate length for the position in relation to the arc of the back. In order to do that you'd either need freakishly long arms (above) or to arch the back in order for the arms to reach in order to support the body.

The way she's riding would suggest her arms should be hanging at her sides.
