Can Samus even get drunk? I mean, she's a mix of human, Chozo, Metroid and X Parasite DNA, plus whatever Phazon did to her. I imagine she needs to chug stuff close to cleaning alcohol to get as little as a buzz.

The "bad feet" tag is incorrect. I can't speak for the artist, but given the over-all quality of the picture in general, I would have to venture to reckon that they drew her like this intentionally. Perhaps they just wanted to show the inside part of her feet in these two positions. I can definitely appreciate this aesthetic, and to me, it also gives a subtle impression of motion. Use your imagination.
