A school festival to remember, and apparently the guys in the background don't give a damn.

As a side note, is there some truth in maid cafes organized during high school festivals in Japan, since they are seen so often in anime & manga (not only hentai ones)? Or is it just a very popular fantasy?

Well, I like to think that this is the school cantina and these are voluntary students acting as waitresses.
