@well anon 5 as it doesn't show them having sex and will never show anything we can't officially confirm they ever had sex or that anyone else has but all the hints in the manga point towards the fact those two had sex the only way to truly confirm it is to ask mashima himself or wait for the english release of that volume and see if its confirmed by him anywhere. until then speculation is king.

but the fact remains its speculation based on strong hints hence why they can draw a conclusion based on strong hints sure it may sound more like a fanfic but just as there is no hardcore evidence saying they had sex there also no hardcore evidence of them not having sex.
