All of them are present in reality actually, but indeed bigger sizes are more common in anime. However, because of the difference in height, form and face, I still choose B over C since her bust is still something :P

I knew a girl who's bust size was inbetween B and C, and they were all natural.
And yes, she did have macromastia.
