I've noticed this to.I've also seen ash jump near 14 feet in the air to grab part of team rockets blimp hoss during battle frontier.And characters running fast enough to kick up dust.

My theory...humans evolved for greater physical feats to survive a world filled with Pokemon.notice how they survive flamethrower or thunderbolts and even explosions.that suggest stronger durability too.

Thats not much of a theory. Monster Hunter does the same thing. If you look up the official artworks, the average "human" in the Monster Hunter universe is roughly 7 feet tall.
