Very early, she had a modest chest. They got a bit bigger by Soul Society. Then noticably bigged by Hueco Mundo.

Then the timeskip happened and they exploded to Rangiku sized. Now they seem to have grown even more and are the biggest in the series.

Old but humorously very accurate now. I believe the initial frame is Orihime from Soul Society arc, or a damn good fanart of her back then. The final size is pretty close to this too.

His art can actually be even better than this too. I think he's just getting tired of Bleach and, well, I don't blame him.
A monthly manga by him would probably at the very least look way better than Bleach.
