@BigStudBen: But surely there is more to Sex Education than learning how to perform the penetrative sexual act with a partner of the opposite sex. If that were indeed the case, then it would have been totally unnecessary for the natural order to give us a mind capable of knowing the objective moral truths of sex. As such, Sex Education should not focus on the physical aspect of sex but place a greater premium on the students' formation of objective moral values on sexual activity and relationships. Think about it: is it not because of a decline in objective moral formation in many educational settings that is a leading cause of rising VD/STD and out-of-wedlock pregnancies?
