I think Plat is saying that because the text is blue. Sometimes artists use colors to designate who is talking.

Maybe it is an aged platinum?

Not necessarily true. Tiffany towers had fake boobs and they were very squeezable. Litchi is also probably helped out by starting with big natural boobs.
