She's not really Belldandy, just a character Saigado did for a pin-up for a magazine.
Not the first time a pin-up character was based heavily on a popular character though...

Agree with last anon. Saigadou is too good an artist to miss adding Belldandy's facial marks. Removing "Oh! My Goddess" references.

Then why not just use Belldandy?! I swear Japanese artists are super lucky that copyright infringement is not as strictly enforced in Japan as in the USA.
