If they are too gross, gory or depict something hard to assimilate, you can try, and the people that like that kind of stuff will up vote it, I don't like those kind of things, so I would not.

this is a purity decay (or p/d) render. their stuff is hard to find if you aren't willing to pay for it. i don't use any pay sites so i can't comment on their legitimacy.
