HeartCatch for sure is probably one of the more epic ones. Other high ranking ones imo are Suite and Smile. They are all good though so you can't go wrong just starting from the first season and working your way up.

I love Fresh Precure, mostly because it has one of the most memorable and coolest female villains.
Second being Suite then Precure5 GoGo.
