@Anon3: Anons can change tags. It's people without accounts that can't (and, even in that case, his comment still stands, because not bothering to take a few seconds to make an account to do something easy that you want done and complaining about it in a comment instead is just laziness to the max on top of being the pinnacle of jackassery). I am someone with an account and am now posting in Anon mode just to prove a point. There is a checkbox below the comment editor for users with accounts to select whether to post as an Anon or with our actual account names. Seriously.
