Despite being canonically 6'3 (without her suit), Samus is one of the shorter human characters in Smash sprite-wise.

^ Sprite shmite, before they started focusing on her "motherly instincts" in Other M I used to take great pride in being a Samus fan, back in the day up to Prime 3. Silent, beautiful, but also a bitchin' space pirate ass kicker infused with sentient-bird DNA. She's supposed to be 6'3!? that's fucking cool as shit! that's a fucking Amazon! It's unfortunate that Nintendo and company have forgotten how to treat Samus right over the last couple years.

Quite amazing at how Samus gains six inches when she goes into the Power Suit. Though I still wouldn't mess with the woman who is legitimately superhuman by mocking her choice in footwear or her height.

Yep, Pikachu should a little more smaller than he appears in Smash, small enough to fit on your shoulder. Olimar is REALLY small, Bowser's height does vary often, but he's normally pretty damn large, Peach's proportions are more realistic compared to her actual Mario game appearance so she kinda appears a little taller than she normally is, and Bowser Jr's alts, the Koopalings all have varying sizes too, from small (Lemmy) to pretty large (Morton).
