if it's the japanese version she's around 16. the characters in pokemon were made younger when it was translated to english so they'd interest younger kids. i read it somewhere.... i think..?
well, they are 16 in the manga at least...

She's 10. In fact, sometimes the English version makes them OLDER (Red is supposed to be 10, but the English manual says 11).

Only the original games (Red, Green/Blue, Yellow) specify the characters age.
Every other game never says outright.
