Searching for "loli huge_breasts" doesn't find lolis with big tits, it finds lolis standing next to big tits. This is why we need an oppai_loli tag. The two are not equivalent.

Alternatively, since Danbooru has apparently decided it's a valid tag there, you're perfectly welcome to browse it tag there. We're content to leave it a pool, however.
