If you go to a beauty shop or supermarket (in America, at least), they usually stock hair removal creams.
In a nutshell, you apply it to skin (wet/dry, depends on the brand), wait for a specified period of time (usually no more than 7min), and wipe it off with a moist towel.
The feeling is like toothpaste when applied, and may have your skin feeling a tad raw when removed, if not slightly burning, but it's perfect if you're not deft with a razor.

Personally I would just go with the more permanent method. I dont grow much hair anyway since I'm Asian. His ass is so damn inviting, reminds me of mine :)
