I can't translate, but I can unsderstand a little. Here goes:

Chrom is reading a script for one of Palutena's Guidance and is pissed off because of it. Gaius then says that they also announced Mewtwo for dlc. So Chrom then imagines if he would be added for the dlc as well, but then gets shot down by Tharja, who calls him a clone I guess.

The only part I guessed on was just the last panel, but I think the clone comment would be such a burn to Chrom.
