Oh boy, yet another "tough monster turns submissive due to manrape." What the hell happened to Kenkou's mindset? If I recall correctly, the Monster Girl Encyclopedia is either an actual publication or in the process of becoming one, so maybe he's getting pressured by publishers or something to include more of these types to help sales or something? Like, "Hey, KC! We need more descriptions of submissive things for the dudes who are into that!"

I agree the mostergirls stories are less interesting with the continual loop of find man, rape, marriage/endless sex. Kenkou actually wrote on this. He's selling to every men in Japan who want a fantasy after work. As much as we like his work in the rest of the world. Kenkou's business is selling to them and apparently it's what sells better. So not so much publishers but the market that actually pays him.

^Missing strong independent women who don't need no man? Then switch for reality.

As for the 'business' thing, you by far overestimate Kenkou's intention (and ability) to make money on this or satisfy some 'publishers'. It's a small doujin work designed to speculate on certain fetishes and targets a minor Japanese male audience. He's not even a professional artist as far as I'm concerned and doesn't do this for the living.

Had this been only a way to make a fortune to Kenkou, he wouldn't nearly cut his work off from everyone outside of Japan as soon as some mommy's-little-cynic on 4chan made a trolling guro collage with his art.

The "strong independent women who don't need no man" thing isn't really what I'm implying. I was actually kind of saying how its rather disappointing for people like myself who are into femdom, and how the MGE has always had a pretty strong femdom aspect. For it to be getting to maledom recently is sort of strange in my opinion, but hey, at least it brings the magic of monster girls to all.

I do thank you for enlightening me on the business thing. I was only speculating due to the fact that I've seen pages that looked like they were made to be printed, as well as a possible cover for the book itself. It doesn't help that I really don't know much about the Japanese publishing industry, let alone the Japanese erotic works/fiction industry.

Why are you guys getting so serious about this issue? Take it easy, if you are looking for a place to vent try some place else. Btw there IS a cover for this btw, you just need to go search a little at the right sauce. Not sure if there's an actual book, never really checked those details.

@zr0461

Kenkou actually is a professional artist. Kind of. He does cover illustrations for some eromanga magazine.

Part of this entry reminded me of the Shirohebi. Where the only one who could date the flames of lust was the partner in question. Only this time the Hinezumi must seek their man for that kind of pleasure and release.

These are very awesome to read, you know?
