It's more like manga drawn by someone who was raised by Marvel/DC comics. If you ask me, this has potential to be Naruto succesor

Naruto was terrible and didn't have any interesting female characters (unless you count Naruto's sexy no jutsu).

"boku no hero academia" however IS interesting and have interesting female characters.
