I think the implication is that this lady is speaking to a sibling with whom there is incest afoot, stating that the parents are out until late-evening.

Either that or she has a live-in bed-buddy.

Well yes that makes sense and all regarding the dad and mom part, but there's something else botheirng me... Why does she ask the person in front of her if he's back home yet? If he's right in front of her and she's obviously inside the house, then there's no need to ask that. And from her position it doesn't look like she's in front of a PC to ask that online, nor does she have any other appropriate equipment for a long-range communication. That being said, there's no doubt that the person in front of her is in the same room as her. If he lives here, it's obvious that he's back home, if he doesn't live there, then it's obvious that he's not back home yet...so thinking about it under normal circumstances there would be no point in asking that.

Or is it some kind of colocvial language typical to Japan and the translation made it confusing due to it being word by word, and "Are you back home yet?" is just some kind of expression that actually means something among the lines of "Did you start day-dreaming?".

Anyhow, I love the picture as a whole, boobs ass figure expression height pose everything is of mah taste o,o
