The girl holding a fan behind Larry is the cover art girl from Everquest, and the two people Arthas is looking at are George and Nico from Broken Sword.
The girl in the truck (middle right) could be the dark elf from that other MMO. Lineage, I think. Since I'm not sure, I won't tag her.
Can't remember any ballet-dancing scenes in the Monkey Island games, but the dancing pirate at the top is Guybrush Threepwood from that game series.
