Anon3: Just because Severa doesn't have watermelons under her shirt doesn't mean she's flat. Her conversation with Anna in the yukata DLC specifically points out that she trumps her mother in cup size.

Severa's boobs aren't all that big, but she still beats out her mother.....for the moment. Once Cordelia actually gets pregnant with the present timeline's version of Severa, her small bust issues will become a thing of the past.
