This is pretty disturbing considering this is a Spheciformes, a species of wasps that lays its eggs into paralyzed prey for their larva to feed on them…

Well, in the version of this with an internal view, it is clear the wasp is parasitising a group of cabbage butterfly caterpillars that have somehow gotten into the girl's uterus.
