While we do have a tag for that, the "couple" tag, since there is no proof that the man in this image is Demikas, it should not be tagged as such. According to the wiki for the tag "*Both persons must be present in the picture. A hand or a penis is not a person."

That's just plain silly! If their hand and/or penis is visible in the picture, I think it's fair to assume the REST of their body is present. Talk about splitting hairs!
