The "you_gonna_get_raped" tag is not for use on images depicting characters who are (presumably) actually about to be raped. The tag is actually used for the perpetrator, not the victim. It's used for images of characters with a menacing expression or appearance; most images it applies to only depict the perpetrator, with no victim visible or even existent.
The correct image for characters who are actually about to be raped is "imminent_rape". Please be aware that this should only be used for images depicting both a victim and a perpetrator, clearly showing that the victim is actually about to be raped. Gelbooru has a tag-what-you-see policy, so if you can't actually see the rapist in the image, we cannot tag the image as "rape" or "imminent_rape".

I understand your philosophical point of view monsieur Jerl, but it can be seen either way, especially since the operative word in "you_gonna_get_raped" is "you" and not "I" as in "I'm_going_to_rape_you," implying a "rapee" as opposed to rapist's point of view.
