Well, as far as I can tell, Satan/some orc has kidnapped/rescued a boy who appears to be crossdressing and into bondage and is making his dastardly/heroic escape on a crossdressing centaur boy who seems to be getting off on having his neck wrung.
Getting off quite solidly, at that.
Like, I know horses can pour it out, but that seems a bit excessive.
