Also Anon1: I'd like to see incest be more common in real life and in fiction too. ^^; But sadly it's usually considered taboo, so their might not be much in hentai either. :(

In all fairness, most people are wired against finding close family members sexually attractive unless they were separated at a young age and reunited as adults or they're isolated enough to have no viable partners outside of immediate family, so real-life incest would probably remain fairly uncommon even if the taboo didn't exist. That said, you aren't looking very hard if you think incest is rare among hentai(I'm actually kind of surprised the incest tag only has ~15k images as of this post).

Also, I'm about 90% sure Shirou is adopted, though the taboo and the instincts that stop most from being attracted to a sibling they grew up with extent to step siblings and adopted siblings.
