Make me wonder who are Lisia's parents, and i'm talking clans. We know Wallace to be from the Sootopolian clan, and we know their western counterparts, the Draconid clan, are dragon users. Lisia is a dragon user herself, coincidence ?

I think there's a possibility Lisia has legacy from both clans. And we do know Wallace is her uncle from her mother's side, which would make her father a Draconid. Anyway, that's just my theory of the day. :)

If this is the case, MyPitah, then she belongs to the Draconid Clan. The father's clan would be the one she would inherit as her title.
