It's actually highly unlikely that this is her dad. As seen in gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=1737314 , she calls him "xx-kun". You would not refer to your dad in such a manner in Japan. It could be her brother, but then again, given the hype about "onii-chan", it's more likely she'd call him like that if he was her brother.

Since she's also around the same guy all the time and they've often been lovey-dovey, it's also unlikely to assume that "xx-kun" and this guy are two different people.

In short, I'll remove the incest tag.
