His other hand has a firm grip but he doesn't seem to be taking great lengths to keep her in place, the up hand could just be trying a little bit desperately to move her hair out of the way to get eye contact. I've had to do that a few times when people misjudge themselves either from alcohol level or when they think they're not ill but they are. If Hanako is about to pass out - and her expression isn't that far from it - it could even be Hisao trying to support her.

That said, it's still entirely possible the artist was going for imminent rape and I'm just completely misreading the image.

It's Ray-k, so his art is a little rough (around the edges, huh huh huh) by default. He actually tends to do cute shit though, so I doubt it's meant to imply rape. Probably just Hisao being a bit rough with Hanako.

The clothes seem to be from Teaching Feeling, though, so she could be enslaved and in Sylvies position. Fanart of Sylvie/Hanako lesbian loli when?
