It's called the Gundam Tryon 3 from Gundam Build Fighters Try. It was customized from a HGUC ZZ Gundam into combining super robot. If anyone hasn't seen it in animation yet, it's exactly as ridiculous and awesome as you'd expect any super robot to be, even if it is just really a small plastic model kit.
