The guy who went on the animation rant: You are referring to half a scene which takes up 5% of the hentai total (the one with these faces). Most of what you said is flat out untrue, and there are only a handful of animations in the entire 24 minutes that are low frame loops, just like in EVERY HENTAI EVER.
