@adriandragonus: Well, contrary to how the image is dipicting the two, with Satoshi being the aggressor, the image source says Saki (Serena's Mom) is the one who instigated this affair in the barn. So maybe whoever tagged it as NTR saw that and tagged it that way because to them Saki is stealing Satoshi from Serena.
