They don't need to know the defining features really. The nipples and pussies are always covered by the smoke so no need to know what they look like. Basic body shape is easy just from looking if they wear plain clothes. Small details could be wrong, but apparently unless you're Sai, you don't give enough of a damn to call them on it. xD
