i was half wrong. this scene is from the "imouto ninshin complete edition". it is its own game, but has both the games combined with new scene. it's full name is "Imouto xx Kanzenhan ~Imouto Tenshi to no Tawamure~"

That's really splitting hairs. If it's full name is "imouto ninshin complete edition", then it is imouto ninshin. Don't mess with legit tags. If there's another name it's known by, then add that tag too.
