There is no "NTR vibe" about Cordelia. Her generic quotes not changing after marriage is due to the lack of a change being programmed, not because she doesn't love her husband or wants to cheat on him. Canonically, by the time Cordelia gets an S Support with someone, she is over her crush on Chrom.
