Downloaded it anyway, definitely worth hogging my aging HD.

In case anyone can't figure out the errors on launching, you need to set your computer to japanese localization. This is most easily accomplished with AppLocale. Google it.

I don't know what this issue is, but i know its not an app locale issue and google only links to scam programs that dont even fix the issue after saying they will if you pay $20 (yes i took the leap of faith and fell)

If anyone has downloaded the game and gets the "failed to open XD file" message, simply rename the folder containing it with English characters - the original folder name is likely in Japanese and is conflicting with your English-based OS.
